I forgot how important it is to have recess during the day. Did you ever notice that part of growing up meant that somewhere along the line we cancelled recess? I don't remember agreeing to that.

Search for that invisible lifeline to things that nourish your soul. We have a direct connection to the greatest power in the world, and we must plug back into it; strengthen and define it.

New York City is having its seasonal schizophrenic moment in April! One day it is cold and rainy, the next it is warm and sunny. On those cold and rainy days it feels like someone is holding the light hostage.

Our leaders were willing to activate the child within that has no boundaries in their imagination. They spoke out and "acted as if" the vision was manifest…and lo and behold, it was. These leaders believed and followed their vision, and men and women followed them because of the fire of that vision.

My goal this month is to fall in love. I intend to fall in love with myself again. I’m setting aside time for self-care—but instead of just putting the lotion on, I am going to mindfully anoint myself with love flowing through my hands.

Dear Voice,

Thank you for your mysterious ability to give me evidence of divinity through humanity. Thank you for reminding me who I am and Whose I am.

I heard my mentor invite those of us in the meeting who were already in the MasterMind to consider leading an accountability group. Well, no one was more surprised than I was when I heard myself volunteer…

My dear ones, this week remember to celebrate music and your voices, hold your loved ones close to your heart and count your blessings with deep gratitude and grace.

I am stepping out into the unknown and certainly out of my comfort zone. I have no idea where this new adventure will lead but I am so grateful that I have all of you with me!

In March of 2021, I wrote the following down as one of my goals to manifest this year: "I create a best selling book easily and effortlessly having fun every step of the way."

Well, here I am dancing in my living room and saying, "Whoohoo!" because this goal is about to manifest!!

I invite you to take a look at what “shiny objects” are pulling you off your path. What distractions are coming up for you as you get closer and closer to your goal?

Are you dealing with confidence issues, or limiting thoughts? Today, I want you to know that they are just shadows clouding your vision of your best self.

I have often wondered why procrastination baggage has been such a big part of my life experience. There have also been times when the delay worked in my favor. More often, though, it set me up for calling myself lazy and walking around in shame.

How many times have I experienced what seemed like lack of abundance or love and reassured myself, that this too shall pass? It is only a disappearing act or a trick of the eye. The abundance or love is always there, just like the moon.

The thought occurred to me at 15 years old, and has vibrated through my life ever since: "What if my voice could save lives?"

I immediately dismissed it as a silly idea. Everyone knew that a voice wasn't as important as a scalpel in the hands of a surgeon or the healing skill of a nurse. So I gave up the idea of a singing career.

Grief and the pandemic have made my world feel small, so I look forward to expanding my world again. I am going back to the things that used to inspire me and looking for new inspiration. And I've been noticing a bit of stage fright and nerves showing up for me.

Grief is such a mysterious process. I say process because it takes as long as it takes and we each experience it in different ways.

Today I am so grateful. I completed a presentation for the Entrepreneurs International Network which is the largest meetup group on the west coast. I was super nervous because I had never done anything quite like that before. I am happy to report that with the help of my host, Roger Killen and my Creative Partner, Shannon Kropf, I did it!! Not only did I do it, I hold the record for the most downloads of a training in the shortest amount of time!

Happy New Year!!!! Welcome to a brand new baby year! Can't you just see it? With it's arms open wide and ready to be loved? What are we going to pour into it this time? What new songs are we going to write on the blank pages of 2021?

As we move into this Thanksgiving Holiday, I am grateful for the grace that has touched my life this year. Tomorrow is the day set aside for grace and gratitude in the U.S.
